Artistic Pursuits:
I'm a multidisciplinary artist involved in painting, wood working, music production, DJing, VJing, digital art, and experimentation. My work is inspired by hip hop, graffiti, anime, automotive/industrial design, technology and advanced manufacturing techniques. I love tinkering and I've been active in several makerspaces, learning to use tools like CNC routers, and laser cutters to make furniture and art. Some of my notable performances include MOCAD, Spot Lite Detroit, The Michigan State Fair, and Arts Beats and Eats in 2021 and 2022. In addition, I was featured on Discovery Channel's Motor City Motors reality TV show in 2009, where I built a hovercraft out of an Airstream trailer. I'm currently exploring how to blend all of my talents together into something new with the help of artificial intelligence.
Professional Background:
I went to college at Wayne State University and graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Product Design Engineering Technology. I started my career as a designer for an automotive supplier (Meritor), where I worked on 3D models, prints, and FEA projects, earning 3 patents. I moved to Denton, Texas to serve as the onsite brake and front axle engineering interface between Peterbilt and Meritor, overseeing major projects and receiving the Meritor Front Drive-train MVP Award.
